First Continuity was founded in 2005. The company has since evolved into facilitating all aspects of the health care and benefits enrollment process. The principal activities of the company are enrollment services, data management services, and the product management consultancy which includes benefit program development and implementation with industry specific benefit providers, underwriters, and channel marketing partners.

Through our strategic partnerships with merchant processing ISO's and third-party administrators, First Continuity gives its insurance agency clients the ability to perform multi-product enrollments and billing functionality through a single seamless platform while maintaining the integrity required for underwriter compliance.

First Continuity is a US Veteran owned small business and is a proud supporter of our US Military, Police, and First Responders through various community outreach programs that directly provide for the welfare and support of these brave men, women, and their families.
